Online chat FAQ

What's "online chat"?
Online chat is real-time communication over the Internet. Instant messaging (IM) is one of the most common forms. Today's event uses a modified form of e-mail that functions in about the same way as IM, except that a delay of about 1 minute is built in for prescreening and formatting.

When do we start?
We start Mar. 15, at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, and we'll wrap it up by 6 p.m.

What's the topic?
It's the Solemnity of St. Joseph, so the topic is "St. Joseph." Tell us how you find his example relevant to you as a husband, a father, and a Knight of Columbus.

How does it work?
You may enter questions and comments in the box immediately below the discussion area (at right). Admin will facilitate the screening and posting of input, but your comments or questions may be directed to any or all of the participants in the group. Any inappropriate material will be edited or blocked. A running log of the conversation will be posted.

Should I refresh the page?
